Innovation that Shines
We imagined and created a vibrant presentation for the Gavi Vaccine Alliance to share the impact of their innovation program at Davos and beyond.
The Opportunity
An internationally recognized nonprofit vaccine distribution powerhouse, Gavi’s reputation was established, but its innovation program was only just coming to life. A presentation at Davos was the ideal moment to galvanize the next five years of their innovation strategy, both internally and externally. While each of the projects was compelling, the program as a whole needed a story and a strategy that connected them all together.
The Work
Our key insight was recognizing that Gavi’s role as a convener of innovative ideas put them in the position of being able to see old problems through a new lens, powered by deep experience and understanding. We used this insight to craft the narrative and strategic through-line of a full spectrum of innovations, and then articulated it with a fresh, new addition to Gavi’s existing brand identity that included new colors, illustrations, and storytelling to highlight case studies within the larger strategic vision.
